Jeff and Anne Millaire, Founders of

Ocean Kulture Realty, LLC.

Jeff is a Florida native, born to two public school teachers who fostered his love for nature, health and outdoor activities.  He excelled at tennis and earned a scholarship to the University of North Florida studying Health & Fitness.  After college, tennis took Jeff to some of the nicest clubs in Europe and the Northeast U.S. where he learned the importance of customer service and communication. "We bought our first flip in 2003 and haven't stopped.  We've learned a ton along the way!"

Anne Rambow Millaire has a family history of design and architecture.

She was born in Germany and studied International Business with a minor in Marketing. Anne loves simple, modern designs but knows how to work with many canvases. She has a passion in carpentry and has created a niche to make each house unique.
